Cancellation and Transfer

If you are unable to attend, a substitute or replacement participants is allowed at no extra cost, written notice is given prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is received 14 days before the event. Please take note that telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The secretariat must receive a written notice on or before the date mentioned above. For settlement of refund, the secretariat will charge the transferring fee to the participant.
